23 Years that I've been going to this beach, every year, daily. This beach that has seen me growing. People on the beach that have seen us growing. Every year, the same people. When we were young, we were a group of 10. Invading the beach. Very loud. Playing in water, splashing everyone around. Jumping and pusing one another from the pontoon. Playing tarot. Enjoying the summer, in a way. Now, everyone has grown up. But we still see each other. I saw a very good friend of mine today, did not know he was around. Two of the guys are working on the beach. Which is very pleasant for us, since it means we know people working on the beach. Very fashionable, and easier to then get in touch with other nice looking guys working on the beach. Like the life-guard, for instance... LOL
And now, new kids have arrived. It's us who watch them growing, year after year, getting more and more numerous. Who play with them a lil' bit. Which creates a very nice atmosphear. Unlike in Nice, you can leave your private belongings alone, not fearing that anyone would steal them. And this, I find, is very precious.
And today, we indulged ourselves as we sometimes do, and spent the day on the private beach. One whole day doing nothing, enjying the sun and the sight, bathing. Lazy. So nice...
