Because the Ocotberfest closes at 11 p.m. every day. Which mean all those people flows in the subway after bier has flown in their body.. So you can see people lying on the floor, disoriented, not even knowing where they are, girlfriends supporting their boyfriends back home, boyfriends supporting their girlfriends back home. All sick, not even happy anymore.
