My first birthday at home
Yesterday was the time to celebrate. First, my birthday, second, my new flat.. My flat. For the first time, I was the houselady. Pressuring, isn't it?
11 people at home. it took me the whole aftenoon to cook, and it was a great pleasure to prepare all for them, to please them.
For those who lack ideas for a 10 people buffet, here is what I prepared:
vegetables with dip, homemade sardine tartar toasts, crisps, homemade tomatoes quiche, pizza, pasta salad with tuna and vegetables, cold ratatouille (a must), 2 cakes and some biscuits. And it was highly sufficient!
I really enjoyed the evening, it was cosy, nice and people could speak together.Typically the kind of evening that I like hosting. And only with people I love :-)
