Munich's funny weather
Munich is situated close to the Alps.. Which has a lot of benefits in winter, when you can go skiing just for the day (I promise I'll try and tell you). Benefits, ok. But not only. That also means that the weather is very unstable...
In that respect, today was a perfect example. Sunny and warm at 3 p.m;, 5 minutes later, it started pouring, we even got a heavy hailstorm, and night fell on the city. And do not believe that today was an exception, because it is always like that. Like in the mountains, it can be warm and within 5 minutes 20 degres less, with storms, wind, rain, snow (yes, snow in April, believe me or not!), etc...
Which, you may agree, is very nice when you have to go back home with your bike; don't have any umbrella, and decided to put summer clothes in the morning.. well, that's Munich. But I can't wait for a proper summer weather :-)
